You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return or exchange any full-priced or sale item.
Can my dog try it on?
Yes, please do! A quick indoor fitting on a clean, dry coat is the best way to check the size. Just keep the tags on and avoid wearing it outside or on walks so it can still be returned.
What condition does my return need to be in?
Unwashed, with tags attached and free from dog hair, odours, marks or chewing. Original packaging helps too.
