How long do I have to return something?
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return or exchange any full-priced item.

Can my dog try it on?
Yes, please do! A quick indoor fitting on a clean, dry coat is the best way to check the size. Just keep the tags on and avoid wearing it outside or on walks so it can still be returned.

What condition does my return need to be in?
Unwashed, with tags attached and free from dog hair, odours, marks or chewing. Original packaging helps too.

How do I start a return or exchange?
Email mail@misterwoof.net with your name, order number, the item(s) you’re sending back and whether you’d like a refund or a different size. We’ll reply with return instructions and our address.

Who pays for return postage?
For change-of-mind returns and exchanges, return postage is paid by you. 

Which postage service should I use?
We recommend a tracked service. We can’t be responsible for parcels that go missing on the way back to us, so tracking protects you.

Do I get my original shipping cost back?
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless your item is faulty.

How does an exchange work?
Let us know the size you’d like when you email us (mail@misterwoof.net). Once your return arrives and is approved, we’ll send out the new size. 

What if the size I want is out of stock?
We’ll let you know straight away and offer a refund or a different item instead.

How long will my refund take?
We’ll inspect your return and email you within 3 business days of it arriving. Refunds go back to your original payment method and can take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Can I return sale items?
Yes, you can return sale items. 

Can I return a gift card?
Gift cards are non-refundable, they have a three year expiration.

I received a gift. Can I exchange it?
Of course. Email us with the order number (or the purchaser’s name) and we’ll help you swap it for a better fit.

Where are orders shipped from?
All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia. 

I live overseas. Can I still return items?
Yes. International returns are welcome within 30 days. Return postage and any customs duties or taxes are your responsibility and are non-refundable.

My item arrived faulty or damaged. What should I do?
Sorry about that! Email mail@misterwoof.net as soon as you can with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll offer a repair, replacement or refund.

My dog chewed it. Is that covered?
Unfortunately not. Chewing, scratching and normal wear and tear aren’t considered faults. (We know, some dogs have very strong opinions about fashion.)
