Refund policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on all items within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at mail@misterwoof.net

  2. Include:
     • Your name
     • Order number
     • Contact number
     • Reason for return or exchange
     • (For exchanges) The size you’d like instead

Return shipping is at your expense, unless the item is deemed faulty. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not liable for lost parcels.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

All items are thoroughly checked before dispatch. If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please email us at mail@misterwoof.net as soon as possible.

Please note: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for general wear and tear.
