We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $100 AUD — worldwide.
Within Australia
• Orders over $100 AUD: Free standard shipping
• Orders under $100 AUD: $10 standard / $13 express
International Orders
• Orders over $100 AUD: Free standard shipping
• Orders under $100 AUD:
– New Zealand: $14 AUD
– Netherlands & Denmark: $25 AUD
– Rest of the world: $20 AUD
All orders are sent via Australia Post.
Please note: Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Mister Woof does not cover these charges.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We gladly accept returns and exchanges on all items within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition. Proof of purchase is required.

• (For exchanges) The size you’d like instead
Return shipping is at your expense, unless the item is deemed faulty. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not liable for lost parcels.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
FAULTY ITEMS
All items are thoroughly checked before dispatch. If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please email us at mail@misterwoof.net as soon as possible.

Q. What do I do if my parcel has not arrived?
A. All of our items have tracking and can be tracked via Australia Post.
Sometimes items can take longer to arrive due to unforeseen circumstances. This could be due to strikes, peak holiday season or clearing in customs to name a few.
If you have not received your parcel within a timely manner (typically 7 days passed the estimated delivery), we will process an enquiry with Australia Post to resolve the issue. Because we know how frustrating it is when parcels go missing, we will do everything in our power to locate the parcel for you in a timely manner.
Sometimes your parcel could be at your local post office. In most cases, parcels have arrived and are waiting to be picked up.
Q. How long will my order take to ship?
A. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. During peak periods or sales, there may be slight delays — but we promise we’re working as fast as we can to get your parcel out.

International: Delivery typically takes 6–15 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing times. Please note that shipping may take longer due to circumstances beyond our control — such as customs delays, strikes, public holidays, or peak seasonal periods. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Q. Can I track my parcel?
A. Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. All parcels are shipped via Australia Post and can be tracked here.
Q. Do you ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?
A. Absolutely. We ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers within Australia using Australia Post.
Q. What happens if my package is returned to sender?
A. If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment. Please note, a re-shipping fee may apply.
